Lunch and Recess Aides
If you are looking to get involved at school, a great way to do that is to volunteer to be a lunch or recess aide. Our team of parents and grandparents serve an important role at St. Juliana ensuring the safety of our students and allowing our teachers to take a break during lunch and recess. In the lunchroom our aides assist the students with their meals, help clean tables and on the playground our aides help supervise recess and ensure the safety of our students.
Wether you an work one day a week, one day a month or one day a year help is always needed. Ideally, we prefer aides to commit to a weekly shift (whether it's one day a week or multiple days: however we welcome parents (and so so your kids) who may be able to fill in on an as needed basis. the lunch shift is popular with grandparents who want to get involved in the school.
