Apply to Saint Juliana School

Applications are being accepted for the 2026-2027 school year.

Applications forms can be found below. Please submit these items for admission review to the school office.   The school office is on Osceola Ave, Door #1 of the school.

Listed below is the paperwork needed. One admission application for each child (use appropriate grade form.) 

o Child’s original birth certificate with birth number. (see Correct Birth Certificate information) -will be returned

o Child’s original baptismal certificate, if applicable. If your child was baptized at St. Juliana Parish only the date of baptism is required. -will be returned

o Report cards and any documents (IEP's/504's/Service Plans) pertaining to special services  received from previous schools for new/transfer students.  -will be returned

o St. Juliana Parish envelope number, if applicable. 

o Submit a non-refundable registration fee of $200.00 (cash or check only, made  payable to St. Juliana School)
